Review:
Staying in a budget-friendly hotel is a popular choice for families that want to save money but still enjoy a comfortable stay. the hotel offers a great location in a strategic area to the central area after hours, in front of a shopping mall, and relatively close to the city center. Although some guests complain about the old and run-down building, the staff members are friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is available. Some rooms feature a large size and basic amenities, such as a simple dining table, a small grocery store at the reception area, and comfortable bedding configurations. the elevator can be a little creaky and old, causing discomfort to some visitors.

Convenience to Conference center and and provided space for 3 adults
i was under the impression we were much closer to the Convention Center than the 20 minute walk it actually was.An extra "comfy" chair would be good as 3 adults on the couch was a squeeze.

The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. The location was excellent, right across from Watertown shop and close to public transport. The CAT buses stopped right outside, making it easy to get around the city.
There was nothing we didn't like.

I like the very conveniet location. There is a free bus ride from the train station almost to the door. Shopping is directly across the road or a short distance further for the city centre. Also a direct line to taxi service.
Only negative is they have a restuarant but only use it for private bookings. If this was open at least for the evening meal, it would save having to go elsewhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and I must say, it was a very comfortable and satisfactory experience. The apartment itself was spacious and cozy, with two bedrooms and all the necessary amenities provided, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a free CAT bus stop right in front and only a short ride away from the city center. Additionally, being opposite the Water Town Brand outlet was a bonus, perfect for some retail therapy. I was very pleased with the value for money and the attention to detail in this hotel.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the unstable wifi connection, which easily got cut off if not continuously logged on.

Overall the apartment is a great place to stay but it's quite far from grocers if you prefer to cook but unlike us, it's ok as we could go and come since the public transport is very convenient eg the CAT buses.
You should upkeep your bed linen eg. Blanket, pillow case etc coz I feel that there could be bed mites which me n my baby was bitten and it is very itchy and takes some time to heal.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Perth and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was basic but had everything I needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen. I loved the attention to detail, with amenities like a kettle and microwave provided. The location was fantastic, right opposite a popular shopping mall, perfect for those who love to shop. The prices were also very reasonable, offering great value for money. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.
No issues, everything was fine.

We enjoyed the area the hotel was in as it was so easy to hop on the free bus to the city. We also liked the way we could cook our own dinner, as everywhere you order a meal you get chips. Also we thought the people in Perth are so very friendly.
No complaints

Spent Christmas with family at a basic accommodation located in the heart of the city. the rooms were clean and offered necessary facilities for cooking and washing clothes. the best aspects were the convenient location, with free bus stops right outside and major shopping outlets nearby.
There were negative aspects. the rooms were somewhat dated with drab interior and outdated decor.

Comfortable lounge, electric stove top, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, dining table, 2 sep bedrooms and bathroom. Everything clean, staff helpful and they even have a booklet for nearest supermarkets and restaurants.
Car parking spaces a tad small but we still got in and out OK. No air con in bedrooms but ceiling fans. Air con in lounge/kitchen area.

Very comfortable and easy. Friendly staff.
(we had a room facing Wellington St) Too noisy, lots of traffic round the clock. Better insulated windows (or 2 / 3 glass windows) would do the trick.
